  2. Utilisation du contenu : Il est interdit de partager, distribuer ou revendre du contenu sans autorisation. Les abonnés s’engagent à respecter les droits des créateurs et à ne pas harceler, extorquer ou obtenir illégalement des contenus.

  3. Paiements : Les paiements sont instantanés et non remboursables. Les abonnés peuvent annuler un abonnement depuis leur compte ; l’annulation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours.

  4. Interdictions : L’utilisation de FanaticPlace pour des activités illégales, y compris la traite des êtres humains ou l’exploitation non consensuelle, est prohibée.

  2. Use of content: It is forbidden to share, distribute or resell content without authorisation. Subscribers agree to respect creators’ rights and not to harass, extort or illegally obtain content.

  3. Payments: Payments are instantaneous and non‑refundable. Subscribers may cancel a subscription from their account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

  4. Prohibitions: Using FanaticPlace for illegal activities, including human trafficking or non‑consensual exploitation, is prohibited.
