Contrat créateur
Ce contrat s'applique à chaque créateur utilisant FanaticPlace. Le créateur déclare être majeur (18
ans ou plus) et disposer de tous les droits nécessaires sur le contenu qu'il publie. Il accorde à
FanaticPlace une licence mondiale pour héberger, distribuer et commercialiser son contenu. Le
créateur s'engage à ne publier aucun contenu illégal, à supprimer rapidement tout contenu signalé
et à respecter la politique de contenu.
La rémunération du créateur correspond à 70 % des revenus générés par ses ventes (la
plateforme prélève 30 % de commission). Les paiements sont effectués via nos prestataires
(Verotel) selon les modalités prévues. Le créateur est responsable des taxes applicables et
garantit que le contenu n'enfreint pas les droits de tiers.
Creator Agreement
This agreement applies to each creator using FanaticPlace. The creator represents that they are an
adult (18 years or older) and hold all necessary rights to the content they publish. They grant
FanaticPlace a worldwide license to host, distribute and market their content. The creator agrees
not to publish any illegal content, to promptly remove any reported content, and to comply with
the content policy.
The creator 19s remuneration is 70 percent of the revenue generated from their sales (the
platform retains a 30 percent commission). Payments are made through our payment providers
(Verotel) according to the stated terms. The creator is responsible for applicable taxes and
warrants that the content does not infringe third-party rights.
